Outdoor Learning

Our surroundings provide a unique and stimulating environment for learning about the world around us; for learning about the interdependence of people on nature and on each other; and for growing physically, intellectually and spiritually. Orienteering courses on both school sites together with our woodlands provides a wealth of experience in developing adventurous outdoor learning.

Outdoor learning is a high priority for us at Earlswood and opportunities to learn outside are always at the forefront of our minds when planning learning experiences for our children. We go outside in all weathers - there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing!

CEOP Children's Centre
The Federation of Earlswood Schools recognise our moral and statutory responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils. We endeavour to provide a safe and welcoming environment where children are respected and valued. We are alert to the signs of abuse and neglect and follow our procedures to ensure that children receive effective support, protection and justice. Child protection forms part of the school’s safeguarding responsibilities.
