A Place to Learn Together
We offer Nursery Provision to Year 6
Children’s Mental Health Week - w/b Monday 9th February
Own Clothes Day - Wednesday 11th February
As part of our ongoing commitment to improve our children’s mental health and wellbeing, we are pleased to announce that we are taking part in Children’s Mental Health Week 2026 (in association with Place2Be).
The theme for this year’s Children’s Mental Health Week is: This is my Place.
During the week, we’ll be talking about how we can help everyone feel like they belong. We’ll learn how to be kind, include others, and make sure no one feels left out.
On Wednesday 11th February, the children will be exploring what it means to belong to their house and take part in activities with their house team members in another year group. On this day, we would like to invite children to wear the colour of the house they belong to: Emlyn (Green), Knighton (Yellow), Ifold (Blue) and Althorne (Green). If your child does not have any clothes in their house colour, they are welcome to wear their PE top.
If you would like to learn more about Children’s Mental Health Week, please visit the Place2Be website for more information and resources you might like to use at home.
If you would like to speak to someone about your child’s mental health and wellbeing, please contact our Pastoral Team through the school office.
